"I love the games. Once in a while, instructions and info are not very clear. AND we've been teased by the possibility of making some real cash. what's the deal with the piggy bank with the $ on his side. We spend plenty on coins and are rewarded with nothing but fun, there is fun. Maybe gift cards? I understand there's a problem with a certain continent . For now, you have my 5 ☆ rating. I'd like to see and play a social game."
"I've been playing for years!! Great gameplay, fun prizes, good graphics. edit: I am unable to access special events.I contacted tech support and never got a response. Still fun to play, just a bummer I don't get the chance to win extra coins. Another edit: Problems were fixed but are back again. Tech support is difficult to get ahold of."
"I downloaded the game in 2016, gave it 5/5 stars, I loved it! Everytime there is an update, it adds more useless commentary for the game. I just want to play gin rummy, not complete quests and build streets and join heists or whatever they are. Sometimes less is more. update 10/25 The game freezes randomly. I go from Gin and winning the hand to frozen, lose the card, missed my turn, and losing the hand. I couldn't take the bugs anymore and deleted it for good."
"It is sad that I have played this game since 2016, it used to be better. I have had a problem with purchased tokens disappearing on lucky match. I sent the problem through the game help portal and they say they will get back to you in 24 hours, last night it was 190 hours and still no answer. When you purchase tokens they should not be removed. Several years ago this happened with purchased gems, i lost 40 gems. So tonight will be 214 hours. lol"
"USED to love this game and play it multiple times a day. UNTIL the developers decided to control the games (amount of the game bet) you can see, based on your level and bank size. Since I have almost $3 mil coins, I can no longer see games with less than a $75K bet. Before, I could see/play games ranging in bets from $5K to $1mil; the choice was mine. I can only assume this was done to force players to make in-app purchases. Instead, it will force loyal players to leave the game!"
