"I've been playing this for over 5 years. I have over $4 million "dollars" in the game and am past level 10,000. Since last night, the app won't load. I tried 4 different ways to contact support and each time I got an automated response saying the email isn't monitored and to use the support button in the game but THE APP WON'T OPEN SO HOW AM I SUPPOSED TO DO THAT!!?? Would really appreciate someone from support contact me about this. Support seems to be non-existent."
"Love the game but there are way too many graphics and it's slow AF. Also, they don't answer their messages and make it very difficult to send a message to them. The text box that you're supposed to enter a message into is not available unless you change your navigation from three button navigation to gesture navigation. This tells me that They don't actually play the GAME..."
"Since I didn't get a response, I uninstalled and reinstalled the game. 🤞🏻that it keeps working 🤞🏻 Game glitching. I really hope I can get a better response here than "open the game and request in app assistance" since I can't get the game to load! And if you don't monitor the contact email, you shouldn't have it available!"
"I've played this game for years on and off. However I've noticed that the prize amount shown isn't what is given to you when you spin that wheel. I've also noticed that when no moves are available its not moving the pieces as it normally does. I did enjoy the game, I DONT enjoy be deceived! And yes I have screenshot of my examples."
"Love the game, I JUST want the option to turn off animations! And not just the stories. There's too many slow animations the 1st time I get on for the day, before I can simply play. But the WORST one is if I get a TV token. So after the level, I have to "spin to win" more. It's so annoying and I couldn't care less! Also STOP WITH THE ARROWS telling me to go to a different room when I'm focusing on the current room. It's anxiety inducing. I play to chill, not get pissed off and stressed out."
