"Whoever I have been talking with on the support team for the past week has been fantastic. And huge thanks to the devs for helping fix whatever was going on with the VIP stuff. I've been playing the cat game on and off for a couple years and the floors and events are fun to do, especially with a club. Very cute art and animations for the levels and events. This is definitely not a game I would play without disposable income, but it's still a lot of fun in the base game too!"
"I initially loved this game. It's cute, and rewarding. Unfortunately, the past few weeks, if I choose to watch an ad after I feed my cats to get an alternate prize, the game crashes and stops responding. I make it through the entire ad, but once it's time to collect my gift, no response and I have to close the game down. No prize rewarded. I've sent several emails for help, but none of the suggestions work. I even re-installed the game. I've lost out on dozens of gifts and no offer to compensate"
"This game is so fun, I finally got back into it after losing my account and am enjoying my time very much. However: when I try to load ads, the ad will play, but then the game crashes/freezes and I can't get my prize. Very annoying. Also: it keeps claiming I can't connect even when things are loaded up which sucks. Other than that, I'd definitely recommend!"
"I absolutely love this game. It's so fun, easy to check in on every day, simple, and adorable. I only have two critiques of it: 1. There seems to be a consistent bug where when you watch an ad for an extra reward the game will glitch and you wont receive the extra. (Outside of this, though, the game has almost no ads) and 2. I do wish the gems were worth more considering they are hard to get and can only be earned through event rewards, collecting cats, or purchasing"
"~ Fav!!! ~ All the cats are cute! | Community is fun! | Sorry I can't think of anything else but there is some more! ~ Not Fav... ~ Very money hungry, some cats are free, some cats are paid, and some you have to use diamonds on-but you have to grind for them which usually means you have to pay for them. | As you get cats, more rooms stack up, as you start to get to the 7-10 area, the materials to build things IN the rooms become harder to obtain, can take even hours, so early on in the game."
