"I enjoy the game, but there's a major glitch...when starting a board/level, the booster items will appear before you make a move. Periodically, the "light ball" will appear but suddenly just vanish. So I'm left without being able to utilize a booster item that I've earned. Is this intentional? 3 stars for a fun game. 5 stars if the magical disappearing light ball wasn't happening."
"I paid for the Golden Ticket and it did not unlock. C/S is horrible and tried to say it was reset when it wasn't. They argued it was my fault for moving between devices. It is still not resolved. The game is fun but nearly impossible to pass higher levels without purchases, which are are not a good value. My team is the 5th in the world and #1 in the USA, so I do play to support my awesome team, but the game is set for failure."
"This used to be a very fun puzzle game. But since the last update, it's nearly impossible to finish puzzles without purchasing power-ups or adding moves. I think they reduced the number of moves on each level by about 10 percent, meaning you often end up just short of completion. Shameless money grab. I already buy the monthly golden ticket. That costs enough. I refuse to pay to play beyond that."
"Was a great game. Loved how it was set up and how there weren't any aggressive ads happening after you finish a level, but now that there are, I'm really disappointed. I had to hit the "skip" or "close" button 3 times on one ad just to get back to the game. I started playing this game because it DIDN'T have those."
"my first experience was bad play and I'm very disappointed because I was actually starting to like and get into this game, and it's not my phone it's your game, I stayed stuck on level 8 and couldn't go from there on.. stayed stuck on trying to tap click on the new hammer booster and nothing. but in one part I'm glad that at least I got to try it out."
