"FRUSTRATED!!! I love this game, BUT for the last couple of days it is constantly freezing up and then just going off the game entirely. Using up all my things that I use to play with and not giving me my points. I have reported this issue before in the past, but it is happening more and more. When it DOES work properly I spend a lot of money on this game. And yes, I have reset my phone. Uninstalled and re-installed the app numerous times, just today, and it does not help. PLEASE FIX THE ISSUE!!"
"This game is entertaining, but....I will be playing and randomly get kicked out. Annoying but if you're using a bonus minute or a magnet and you get kicked out, then you've lost them. And as I'm seeing others on here complain about, pulling down matches will suddenly slow to a crawl or stop completely, while the timer just continues. Also, if you watch ads to get coins or whatever, often you sit through these miserable ads, only to not get what you watched an ad for. A lot of bait and switch."
"I hate the temu ads, they come up lasting over 30 sec, then they trap in the ad causing you to lose the process of the game. I've deleted games when this started. I've been playing this game for years and I've paid to not have the ads but I can't get rid or avoid the temu ads. I would hate to delete this game after all the playing. please remove the temu ads!!!! 11/19 every ad is now temu, they don't let you get back to the game of play. "Yeah, the game is fun. However the adds are invasive and distracting, and it seems like the grab mechanic allowing you to pick items up slows way down once you get a combo going which forces you to slow down and ultimately lose the combo. The adds pop up in the middle of levels, full screen. You can play offline, which, is fine. I just would like to be able to be connected to the internet on my phone and be able to play a game that doesn't throw adds in my face in the middle of a level!"
"I've been playing this game for probably two years now and love it. Recently, the glitches have been overwhelming. Freezing was a huge problem the last couple of weeks and missing out on rewards, etc., especially during tournaments. As of last night, it's been kicking me out time after time, and my ufo is back to zero multiple times. It gets really frustrating, especially since different problems have been ongoing.
