I accidentally charged $15 thinking I could buy something else, and just wanted to swap the purchase, but there is NO real support! Only a useless chatbot replies and never solves anything. "It's a cute little resource gathering colony building game. The interface is amazing and minigames are actually fun. However, you will be continuously attacked by people well over double your level, and you will spend days recovering from this. From what I can tell, this is not regulated by devs, nor are they planning on changing it. This discourages new players and they quit. This really kills the game for me, sorry."

"If the game wasn't fun, I wouldn't have kept playing. The game takes up 40% of the screen space with different ways to get you to spend money on any number of separate currencies and resources. It constantly prods the player to go to these marketplaces to get daily free items, and makes an absolute nuisance of itself. It truly is fun. Build up an army, attack bugs around the map, and try to get stronger than your neighbors. However, it is so heavily pay to win that you might as well not bother"
