"While I enjoy the humor placed into this game there is really nothing tactical about the combat or anything good about the gameplay. Your only options to play this game is dodge spam, or slamming your head against a wall until it works. The enemies felt good to fight until you get to the west of the castle. Then it's just excessive health pools and damage numbers with nothing to counter it. Everything about that area needs to be toned down because it's ridiculous. Not a true RPG."
"Story is interesting but sadly the gameplay is repetitive and gets old quickly. With how much health most enemies have even basic low level ones take several hits to bring down. Add to that the concept of effectively withholding loot unless you have a certain amount of premium currency or "shards" really sours the experience, leaving you feeling like the loot you fought hard for is still being held for ransom. Also wants to stutter even on high end devices so....needs better optimization."
"The game is really nice, the graphics are appealing yet simple, the combat is very combo based, and it's overall a really good game. My only issue is that it has a few difficulty spikes and grinding gets boring, but even then, there are usually enough mini bosses or side quests to at least speed it up. Definitely worth a try if you're thinking about it."
"Ok, so I have gotten a little bit more into the story. Love that they included lore from the 1st one. More options for character customization too. The skill trees are massive. I sense that multiple play throughs are in my future. The enemies are now on screen so you know when a battle is coming. All in all, I love the improvements. I have come across 2 bugs though. One in a fight where my character and the NPC did nothing. The other, I was stuck in the environment. Both fixed by exit/reload."
"So I originally gave this a 4 star, considered a 5 star. I have 2 issues. Saving is worthless, there are no save slots, you save before a fight, then fight, guess what, it autosaves your loss! There is no going back. I got to the endgame, needed an item from a character, almost had the gold, then he was killed, no chance of getting that item now. I contacted customer support, they have ignored me for 3 days now. I have completed the side quests, but can't advance now, too weak."
