User Reviews
"Best free chess game ever. Gives you an analysis after each game. You can step through each move of the finished game and it shows where you should have moved and indicates if each move is a book move, or the best, good, inaccurate, mistake, or a blunder. it also has example openings you can study. Also, no ads."
"Very useful. Dinged one star, because it would be nicer if we could import PGNs, and if the team added each new engine version via app updates for pro users when they come out. Rather than needing is to download it. More convenient, and doesn't require as much CPU power to run an outside engine. Running SF17 heats up my phone significantly in this way. Thanks for the app, folks!"
"This app is THE Top Tier of chess improvement apps. It's an extremely versatile and useful app to analyze your chess games. If you do not have the Pro version, you do not know what you're missing! Games that I've played months ago, still saved fully analyzed and annotated. I use it as a game diary. Works with Lichess/Chesscom. If it's a pgn, you can analyze it. Plus, it has export features that can help you consolidate multiple games for DB use. If you play chess, try it... buy it... trust me!"
"The perfect alternative to desktop analysis tools. There are several apps on the market for chess games analysis. However, none of them is as easy to use as Chessis. The UI is very simple, and yet very effective. You can choose to analyze your games based on depth and time. It offers graphs and training tools. I still think that a desktop tool is preferred, but if you need something on the go, if you just played a game on the train and you want to check out your performance, this app is a MUST!"
"Absolutely the best chess app on Android. Can use some extra features (Maybe some tutorials on book moves and strategies in general, upload custom backgrounds, online matches, etc.). I have not bought pro yet, but for ten dollars, it really isn't much. I have learned a lot from this app, and hopefully will continue to use it for years to come."
