How to Play

Start by placing 12 black and 12 white checkers on opposite ends of the board (8x8 grid).

Take turns moving a single checker diagonally forward one square at a time—capturing an opponent’s piece by jumping over it into their space.

If you land on an empty adjacent square after capturing, you can move that captured checker back onto your original path to continue moving.

King pieces (reached at least 8 squares from the opposite end) can move forward or backward and capture diagonally in any direction—dominating like a champion!

Lose checkers until only one remains; if no moves are possible, that player loses. Win by controlling the board or eliminating your opponent’s pieces.
